Our Approach
If you have been in pain for some time, it's likely that you have had experience with various treatment methods already. Perhaps this was massage, acupuncture, traditional physiotherapy, or expensive medical interventions. These will often bring temporary relief that does not stick. The simple reason for this is that nothing has changed in the way your body moves and functions, no adaptations have been made to keep the pain away long term.
We don't want to sell ourselves by criticizing others. However, we see too many clients who are stuck in the cycle of trying different treatments, getting more and more confused and making minimal progress.
At Body Habitat Studio, we restore proper movement function so your body can move free of pain.
